Senior Sales Executive
job purpose
To manage & drive feed sale team of the region/state
Duties and responsibilities
- Dealer visit and/or farmer visit/ poultry consultant visit
- Monitor feed indent placed by each sales person including that of own
- Follow up Overdue payments of credit dealers directly or through concerned sales person
- Coordinate with Plant production & A/c to ensure timely delivery of feed
- Monitor feed performance compare FCR of Suguna brand vis--vis Competitors brands
- Analyze & report market survey data & competitor information collected by sales team
- Monitor new dealers visit by sales team & visit dealers of own list to convince & convert
- Submit Credit proposals (if any) with justification & KYC plus Bank Statement
- Conduct Farmer meeting
- Plan & execute Marketing activities as approved by GM-Feed
Accountability
- To maintain existing sales & increase sales as per budgeted target in proportion to state potential
Qualifications
- Graduation in any discipline
Experience:
Feed Sales Experience in Competitor Company is a premium
Experience in same State / any territory of the state is essential
Level / grade can be decided as per level & relevance of experience
Working conditions
Around 15 to 18 days of full day market/farm visit
Around 6 to 8 outstation night stay in different locations
Meeting customers at odd hours i.e. early morning / late evenings
Long journeys & erratic work hours
Physical requirements
Long range bike driving with valid driving license plus own bike
Sound health & stamina for outdoor work in all seasons
