Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Recruitment and sourcing - Planning human resource requirements in consultation with department heads if different functional and operational area , conducting interviews and managing the complete recruitment cycle.
  • Employer branding - Recommend ways to improve employer brand and build the company's professional network through relationship with HR Professionals , B Schools and partners
  • Performance Management - Managing appraisal cycle .
  • Monthly retention analysis. Analyzing existing profiles/traits of performers and evaluating new candidates on those parameters so as to get the right profile which can be retained for ling period . Obtaining management approval for the Man power planning & budget based on the organization business plan.
  • Based on the Organizational goals fix KRA's for the next level officers in HR and all the staffs at the region.
  • Devise action plan to improve the regional HR performance through, PMS, productivity improvement and employee retention.
  • Learning & Development - Development needs assessment, plan an annual calendar of training effectiveness and follow upon the action plan.
  • To assess employee satisfaction through a survey and takes appropriate action for improving the employee satisfaction.
  • Data Management and analysis - Maintain a proper database of candidates interviewed to analyse the cases and suggest ideas for constant improvement .
  • Ensure 100% compliance of all the statues pertaining to regional HR.
  • Establish a proven process for recruiting right person for the right job as per the specified TAT.
  • Maintain the existing welfare measures and implement innovative employee welfare schemes.
  • IR - Investigating and resolving complex or critical issues in a timely and effective manner.

A Day in the Life :


  • Responsible for driving HR activities across processed foods division (Processing Plant and sales)
  • Responsible to recruitment metrics ,handling talent acquisition (Time to hire , Cost to hire).
  • Drive Performance management system activities across the business unit for all levels.
  • To represent the company on the Legal issues in close coordination with internal/external legal entities and to manage the entire process till closure.
  • Employer branding - Recommend ways to improve employer brand and build the company's professional network through relationship with HR Professionals , B Schools and partners
  • Coordinate admin and HR activities across plants through plant HRs.

Desired Candidate Profile

8 to 10+ Yrs experience in FMCG and relevant industry Background.

Age between 30 - 35 & Need to know Hindi .

Experience in worked with metro cities

MBA qualified from premium institute

Good knowledge on HR & Payroll systems.
