Role Head Compensation & Benefits (Total Rewards)

Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for developing and implementing reward polices and procedures to ensure that
organization is able to attract and retain the talents with desired skills sets and experience in order to
achieve the Business goals.
• Coordinate and support internal / external audits on various HR process and provide timely inputs to VP
HR and Chairman ensuring complete confidentiality on the audit proceedings and observations.
• Champion and articulate innovations and improvements pertaining to systems and processes related to
compensation & Benefits.
• Design Pay and grading structures arising out of job evaluation process in line with Industry
requirements.
• Review Reward polices on a regular basis to ensure Market parity and reward effectiveness for
engaging and retaining talent.
• Develop, implement and review incentive schemes / performance targets for respective levels and
communicate to the leadership team on a timely manner.
• Responsible from driving and optimizing HRMS systems and process in line with business
transformations.
• Ensure up-to-date and accurate information pertaining to employee costs, contract, benefits and pro-
active communication on issues related to statutory, tax compliance from meeting desired expectation
and ensuring timelines across Subsidiaries.
• Coordinate with all Subsidiaries for maintaining and supporting timely disbursement of all salaries in
collaboration with the Codes team.
• Responsible for driving C&B benchmarking and survey design, administration and analysis for all
subsidiaries and provide insights / recommendations in line with market proactively in line with business
financials.
• Ensure and administer PF/ESI/ LWF Payment and complete documentation.
• Responsible for driving budget activities for Holdings HR with regard to Increments and Incentive
calculation / payout.
• Responsible for Group medical Insurance negotiation, renewals, claims for Suguna Group n
collaborations with Internal / Stakeholders.
• Responsible for designing and implementing Expatriate framework and Polices for employees
relocating outside India in respective subsidiaries.
• Responsible for consolidation of HRMIS reporting for Suguna group with support from HR MIS
specialist.
• Continuous benchmark of industry practices on compensation & benefits and provide
recommendations.
• Train HR team employees on Job evaluation process for better validation of job roles.
• Responsible for motivating and developing team members for effectively delivering their
responsibilities.
• Enable team members to perform better by providing timely feedback, conducting structured
performance development reviews and setting clear KPIs and providing inputs for development.

ESSENTIAL DESIRABLE
Minimum 10 - 12 years of experience in end to
end Compensation & Ben activities, managing
administering payroll, compensation & benefits
administration, design, restructuring, incentive
calculation and management, payroll vendor leaders and managers
management, leave management, wage management across multiple locations with excellent hands-on MS Excel, PowerPoint skills

Education Qualification
ESSENTIAL Full time degree in Human Resources – MBA / PGDHRM / MSW
DESIRABLE/PREFERRED Certification or additional qualification on compensation tools and analysis.
