- To identify and analyze the potential of the assigned territory.
- To achieve budged sales in the assigned territory.
- To ensure product placement, in all the retail, modern trade, general trade outlets in the assigned territory.
- To ensure the product is merchandised properly in all the outlets.
- Exploring new markets and to expand the distributor infrastructure and appoint new partners in untapped markets.
- To achieve primary and secondary targets through distributors in his assigned territory.

- To monitor outlet wise sales of the assigned territory and to take corrective steps to arrest any fall in sales.
