Job Description

Implement OD and change management initiatives as required as per the Group HR objectives and roadmap
Identify training needs and execute appropriate learning & development programs across the group
Execute leadership development programs.
Facilitating goal setting, performance review and appraisal of all the employees
Responsible for deploying effective HR technology to increase employee productivity
Fulfill the recruitment needs of the group , thereby ensure right person at the right place at the right time.
Build talent pipeline at all employee levels and facilitate career planning.
Formulate reward & recognition scheme for the subsidiaries
Collate, analyse and present areas for improvement in HR acticies
Closely work with the leadership and other stakeholders to proactively address the people matters.
Execute employee engagement programs
Plan & implement effective measures to optimize the employee cost.
Responsible for HR budgeting of the subsidiaries.
Ensure the HR policies and procedures are aligned with business objectives.
