Build talent pipeline at all employee levels and facilitate career planning.
Formulate reward & recognition scheme for the subsidiaries
Collate, analyse and present areas for improvement in HR acticies
Closely work with the leadership and other stakeholders to proactively address the people matters.
Execute employee engagement programs
Plan & implement effective measures to optimize the employee cost.
Responsible for HR budgeting of the subsidiaries.
Ensure the HR policies and procedures are aligned with business objectives.
