Job Description

Job Purpose:
Budgeted revenue generation through the business vertical Suguna Daily Fresh in Kerala, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu

Duties & Responsibilities
Implement the company policies and SOPS
To strategically plan and implement management decisions
Manage the entire sales & BD team for getting maximum productivity
Review the sales & marketing activities regularly and correct deviations if any
Work with state heads and field force and understand their needs, difficulties and resolve the same
To train all the sales force as and when required
Responsible for overall growth and development of the entire business
Assign his targets to the managers and monitor the same to achieve the targets SKU wise.
Review the sales and marketing activities and taking corrective actions.
He has to find avenues for increasing the sales volume and new outlets
He is responsible for making each and every SDF profitable.
He has to bring innovative ideas for improving the entire business
Over all responsible for topline and bottom line
New products - Market demand to R & D
Responsible for planning and executing all budgeted marketing activities and thus making use of funds effectively and efficiently
Responsible for geographical expansion

Accountability
Implement the company policies and SOPS
To strategically plan and implement management decisions

Qualification
An M.B.A in marketing or a professional degree
Excellent language and good command over language
Should be a multi linguistic (English, Malayalam, Kannada, Tamil)
Minimum 10 years experience in FMCG, preferably with good Chilled & frozen knowledge
Should have handled Franchisee business model
Excellent team management skills
Excellent customer handling skills
Excellent marketing & Business development skills
